Breis is céad bliain ó shin, bailíodh an-chuid amhrán i dtuaisceart Cho. Lú agus i ndeisceart Ard Mhacha ó dhaoine a raibh an Ghaeilge acu ó dhúchas. As part of Féile na Bealtaine, this song workshop will be led by Ciara Hall, sean-nós singer from Dundalk, who has a particular interest in the Irish-language songs of north Louth/south Ulster. She will help you learn some lesser-known Irish songs of the region and become part of their re-introduction to the local tradition.
Refreshments will be offered (tea/coffee). We will gather after the workshop to decorate the May Bush to celebrate Féile na Bealtaine (wear suitable shoes)!
