Heritage Tours

Throughout the July and August public tours of Castlewellan Historic Demesne are available every Sunday at 2:30pm. Run by one of our White Badge accredited guides they include an overview of the rich history of the park, development of the demesne and seasonal highlights of the wider plant collection in the arboretum, unfortunately due to restoration works the Walled Garden will remain closed during the tours.

Private Tours

A limited number of funded private tours are available on request and can be tailored by our expert horticulturalists and historians to your group’s particular interest.
