The Annesley Walled Garden and Arboretum has a committed group of volunteers who meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning to work alongside the Gardening Team (also the first Saturday of every month). Tasks include potting up plants, clearing beds and applying mulches; not before a good chat and a cup of tea though!

If you are interested in natural heritage, you can also get involved by helping our Education and Biodiversity Officer carrying out surveys or habitat management work. Or if you enjoy engaging with the local community there are opportunities at events and promotion.
