Forest-bathing for Bealtaine

Armagh, NEWRY, Killeavy, County Armagh, BT35 8SL
Forest and bluebells

About

Rest and breathe with the trees. We will celebrate the Celtic festival of Bealtaine. This falls about midway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. Ann will support you through guided meditation and creative invitations to deepen your connection with nature.

Forest Bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice which originated in Japan in the 1980's as a stress prevention intervention. Your forest experience will include a tea ceremony with organic organic berry cordial with short bread from a local traditional bakery
