Annual International Currach Championships in Warrenpoint, hosted by Carlingford Lough Currach club. Over the weekend Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August 2025.
The location is the front shore beside the Baths. Teams from Donegal, East Wall Dublin, Skerries, Clare, Galway and Hudson River USA.
Itinerary (could change depending on tide times)
Friday
Family and Children come and try it session.
Saturday from 11am - 4pm
Currach Heats
Sunday from 11am - 4pm
Currach finals with presentation of winners trophies by Chair of Newry Mourne and Down District Council.
Entertainment with live DJ on the beach on Saturday & Sunday.
