The Sands is a family run bed and breakfast just 500 metres from the heart of the picturesque village of Rostrevor. The area is famed for its alpine scenery and The Sands B&B boasts spectacular views of the Mourne Mountains, the Cooley Mountains and Carlingford Lough.

Situated 12 miles east of Newry on the A2, the Sands is easily reached in just over an hour from Dublin and Belfast airports.

Accommodation comprises one deluxe double room, one deluxe twin room, and a standard single room. Deluxe rooms are en suite. All rooms have satellite TV/DVD, a hairdryer, a kettle for tea and coffee and WiFi.

The price per room includes full Irish or continental breakfast which can be enjoyed in either the dining room or the conservatory.
