About

Olivia-Leigh Cottage is a unique luxurious getaway outside the quaint village of Mayobridge. The cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for five people. The cottage has three large bedrooms, consisting of one kingsize bed, a double bed and smaller double . The rooms are dressed to a high standard with robes and slippers. One bathroom offers the option of a bath and shower.

The Cottage has a country style kitchen with microwave, built-in oven, hob, fridge and fridge/freezer. A large smart TV overlooks the cosy seating area. The  old fashioned sitting room is perfect to congregate. It has a  large corner sofa and recliner chair to sit back and indulge in the stunning countryside views!  A private sunroom to the back of the cottage provides the perfect location to watch the sunset in the evenings and listen to the chirping birds retire from their busy day among  the lush of pine trees and  farmland. A beautifully decorated stone barn bursting with character sits in the garden and allows one to 'chill' and 'relax' while taking those precious photos over the red half door!

The cottage is convient to all that Mayobridge and the surrounding area has to offer. It is a mere 10 minute walk from the local pub which provides great entertainment and food, including its very own pizza house. Convient access to grocery shops, pharmacy, coffee, hairdressers, barbours and beautiticans is all at hand. Mayobridge Golf Club is approximately 15 mins by car and ideal for a round of golf and a bite to eat!

Olivia-Leigh Cottage is accessible for country walks. Its unique position allows for 3 to 10k walks or further if desired. The area is very popular with walkers, cyclists and more!

The cottage is central to the City of Newry and the town of Warrenpoint, Rostrevor, Hilltown and Rathfriland.  Olivia-Leigh Cottage is very convient for accessing events such as 'The Fiddlers Green Festival' in Rostrevor, 'Wake the Giant Festival' in Warrenpoint or going on a round trip on Carlingford Ferry, stopping of at Carlingford to explore the bars and resturants and take in the breathtaking views of Carlingford Lough and the Cooley Mountains to name but a few!!
