Come and enjoy the picturesque seaside village of Strangford. Large 3 storey, modern 4-bedroom townhouse, We have tried to think of every detail to ensure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and memorable. Luxury bedding & towels, SMART TV's, hair dryers, dressing table & mirror, black out blinds & curtains in all 4 bedrooms.

GROUND FLOOR
Large open plan kitchen, dining room, living room, WC and utility room. Well equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board etc.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 - Master (ensuite shower room) King size bed. Juliette balcony with a sea view. Enjoy a cuppa in bed, watching the Strangford Ferry come and go.
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds.
Bathroom: Has a bath, ideal for a relaxing soak or to bath the little ones.

SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 - Kind size bed. Stunning views of the Lough.
Bedroom 4 - Double & single bed.
Bathroom: Shower

Extra touches:
* A welcome basket will be provided on arrival with essential provisions.
* Essentials such as hand wash, toilet roll, bin bags, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and cleaning products are all provided.
* The open fire will always be set for your arrival. Logs, coal & sticks will all be provided for the duration of your stay.

High chair, travel cot & baby monitors available at no additional cost. Local play park 5 minutes walk. Toys, books and board games will keep the young and old entertained.

Outdoors:
Enjoy breakfast or a BBQ in the enclosed, private rear area or maybe a morning coffee savouring the sea view. Seating areas front and rear of property.
Rear private car parking.Electric car charging point 50 metres from the front door.

Strangford has so much to offer. Amazing restaurants. The Cuan, The Artisan & The Lobster Pot. Everything you need is a 2 minute walk from the house. Stunning beaches. Castleward for a walk, use the bike trails or what about water sports? For Game of Thrones fans this is a must! A trip on the Ferry. NI's only Aquarium. Top class golf courses, Ardglass, Downpatrick & Royal County Down. Fishing, Diving the list is endless.....have you booked?
