About

Explore the hidden history of Mourne Park.

This family friendly autumn event celebrates the heritage of Mourne Park, an outstanding native woodland managed by the Woodland Trust Northern Ireland. This event has free activities for all ages including traditional children's games, storytelling sessions, tree measuring, willow craft and live music. We will also have a toddle trail set up in the woods for the little ones to do some exploring!

We'd love to hear from you too - we are researching the history of the woodland and our researchers will be on hand throughout the day to hear your stories and memories about Mourne Park.

Come along, bring your friends and family and tell us your tales over a cuppa in our marquee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Paths may be muddy so wear suitable footwear and wrap up.

No booking required - contact bronaghgallagher@woodlandtrust.org.uk for more information.
