Join the team at Whitewater brewery and gets hands on in their Wee brew plant. Start the day with an introduction into brewing, chat about the style of beer you will brew. Then get brewing...
You are guided through the brewing process from the mash-in to the boiling of the hops, Chat as you work hearing stories and gaining an insight into a working brewery. Make your own pizza for lunch using dough made with Whitewater's own brewing yeast simply topped with local mozzarella, then it's back to the brew. As the day draws to an end sit back and enjoy a tasting session of 6 Whitewater award-winning beers find out how they got their names from local landmarks and folklore and what makes them different. Head home with your Wee Brew Certificate and T-shirt along with 6 bottled beers to enjoy while you riminess on your day.
