Using sources from the National Archives of Ireland's Rebellion Papers, Papers of the Chief Secretary's Office and Prisoner Petitions and from PRONI, this talk will recover the voices of people caught up in the turbulent days of the 1798 rebellion of Down and its long aftermath.
