About

Herbal Healing, and Runic Wisdom - Part 1

Ayanna believes everybody has the potential to be the healer of their own life.  On the physical level, we heal our body by supporting and nourishing it with the right food and avoiding toxins that weaken it.  On the mental level, we can strengthen our body by giving it enough rest, walking in nature, doing yoga, meditation and lots more. On the energetic level, we heal our body by making a conscious decision to let go of old wounding, trauma, anger, insecurities or others. Ayanna will talk about the power of herbs that can be found all around us.

Festival terms and conditions can be found on www.lakesvikings.com/strangford-lough-viking-festival
