About

Starting at Spelga car park, we ascend Spelga Mountain, followed by Slievenamisken, Cock Mountain and Hen. Before heading Back to the Cars. Weather depending, there are usually fabulous views from all of these.

All participants must have reasonable fitness, come appropriately dressed for a day of hiking, no jeans allowed. Make sure you bring some warm clothing, waterproofs, a lunch, snacks and plenty of water and a sun hat if weather is warm.

Walk is led by qualified mountain leader.
