Hiden away in the heart of  Tollymore Valley in the Mourne Mountains, Enniskeen Estate offers stunning mountain views and soothing river sounds . 

Meander your way down through a lush summer forest. On arrival at our practice location immerse in a restorative Sound Bath (no water involved) Wash away your stress with the cosmic vibrations then leave feeling rejuvenated, and your soul inspired by the warmth and wonder

Come with your yoga mat, H20, an open heart and mind. A Magical Soundbath made of dreams awaits.Come on your own or with your tribe, you will be warmly welcomed. For The Girls + The Guys Too.
