SOUND BATH & SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE with Tessa Ann: A Journey of Self-Love & Connection

February is the month of the heart and also marks the celebration of World Sound Healing Day, making it the perfect time to nurture self-love and connection through the power of sound.

Join Tessa Ann from The Sound Spa for a transformative 2-hour wellbeing session designed to help you cultivate self-love and deepen your connection with yourself and others. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a relaxing sound bath and learn practical sound techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily self-care routine.

This session combines relaxation, reflection, and community, offering a serene space to recharge and reconnect. Through sound, discover tools to foster balance and harmony within yourself and your relationships.

No prior experience with sound healing is needed—just come as you are, with the intention of feeling relaxed, inspired, and more deeply connected.

Refreshments and a selection of herbal teas will be provided, ensuring a nurturing experience for both body and mind.
