Short poetry workshop this Saturday.

Bringing together the inner and outer world through brief poetry with Sean O'Baoill.

Sean is a Mediator, Poet, Story teller, and Conflict Resolution Trainer from Newcastle at the foot of the Mournes.

He has been studying mindfulness, creativity and peace building for the past ten years.

Cost £5.
