Creating the best of local wholesome dishes with produce from our working farm and local suppliers.

Start off by selecting the produce and ingredients that you will be using from our Estate gardens and farm shop under instruction. Then watch the demonstrative classes from our Executive Chef using simple techniques that can be used in the home.

Finally, sit back, relax, taste, and enjoy our Cooking Demonstration in our Walled Garden Studio whilst enjoying some paired local drinks

1. Tapas Cookery Demonstration
For the home cook to learn how to cook a light lunch using Estate longhorn beef, seasonal garden vegetables and herbs, complimented with the best of Northern Irish produce.

2. Simple Special
Menu ideas for special get-togethers. Create flavoursome healthy meals for all the family to enjoy with minimal effort ranging from healthy salads to family dinners.

Road Directions

From the Forkhill roundabout take exit B113 towards Forkhill. Continue on Forkhill Rd following the sign for Killeavy Castle/Slieve Gullion Forest Park through Meigh Village, continuing onto Drumintee Rd. In 0.5 miles, at the sign for Killeavy Castle, turn onto Ballintemple Road and the entrance to the Estate will be located 0.5 miles down Ballintemple Road on your left. If using a GPRS system it is recommended to use Google maps and type in Killeavy Castle Estate.
