Qi Qong Wellness Walk

Castlewellan Arboretum and Annesley Gardens, Castlewellan Forest Park, Castlewellan, Down, BT31 9BU
Wellness in Nature

About

Originally passed down through Taoist meditation traditions, Qigong was developed to work with energy to maintain superior health, heal illness and realise profound inner stillness and spirituality. It incorporates simple movements and is suitable for absolute beginners.

Join Samantha Bloomer, an accredited Qi Qong instructor and counsellor as she leads a mindfulness walk through the arboretum and guides you through the exercises. This session will include a Southbath with Crystal Singing Bowls. Samantha often incorporate these as a meditative soundscape to relax the mind.

This workshop is hosted in the Annesley Gardens and glasshouses.

Normal car parking charges apply.

Activities are provided FREE through the Re-rooting our past in our future project that is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
