About

Make traditional traybakes and tea with Mrs C.

Step into the delightful world of Mrs C's Home Kitchen, where a warm and friendly welcome awaits you! Nestled in the picturesque village of Dundrum in County Down, our kitchen offers stunning views of the majestic Mourne Mountains.

As you enter Mrs C's charming country kitchen, get ready for an immersive experience in the art of traditional tray bakes. Northern Ireland is renowned for its tray bakes, and Mrs C celebrates this tradition with a twist. Our most beloved and popular treat is "Fifteens," and you'll not only learn the classic method to create this favourite but also discover Mrs C's unique twist.

This is a hands-on, interactive session where you'll craft your own tray of this mouth-watering delicacy to take home. Known for their exceptional hospitality, Mr. and Mrs C love to host, and during your visit, you'll enjoy a cup of tea accompanied by Mrs C's delectable tray bakes, such as her decadent chocolate stout tray bake, made with a rich local stout and topped with Two Stacks double Irish cream liqueur frosting.
