Pipe Bands, Drum Majors and Highland Dancers from all over Northern Ireland and Ireland will descend on Donard Park for the final local championships of 2024 organised by The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Northern Ireland Branch and the NI Highland Dance Association in conjunction with Newry, Mourne & Down District Council.
