Trees mark the seasons, inspire us with their beauty in the landscape and even provide us with the air we breathe. This trail will guide walkers through Kilbroney Park to a number of notable trees. Kilbroney Park has been home to a number of residents including the Ross family, Colonel Roxburgh, Albert Canning and the Bowes-Lyon family who have all played a part in establishing and protecting the park’s many finetrees.

The walk starts and finishes in Kilbroney car park adjacent to play park and the café. The trail is not waymarked. The Tree Trail Kilbroney Park Rostrevor Leaflet will guide participants along the trail giving detail of each tree. Each tree highlighted on the trail has a number and a plaque adjacent to the tree.
