11. Does your boat have Public Liability Insurance of £5million for 3rd party liability and include adequate wreck removal?
The Owner shall maintain adequate Public Liability Insurance cover for not less than £5,000,000 throughout the term of this Licence. The Owner shall furnish the Council with a copy of the Vessel’s current insurance documents upon entering into the Licence and shall produce evidence that the Insurance is still in place to Council within 7 days of being requested to do so by Council at any time during the Licence term. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance must be emailed to visitorservices@nmandd.org at the time of booking.
 
12. VERY IMPORTANT: Acceptance of Licence Agreement
This agreement is made TODAY between NEWRY, MOURNE AND DOWN DISTRICT COUNCIL of the one part and the SIGNATORY OF THIS BOOKING FORM (hereinafter referred to as “the Licencee”) of the other part (as explained in the Albert Basin Licence Agreement https://www.visitmournemountains.co.uk/albert-basin-licence-agreement ). Signed by the owner is acceptance of this Albert Basin Licence Agreement.
