This country cottage is located off the road in a peaceful setting, just a mile from a blue flag beach and 10 minutes from Kilbroney Park and Slieve Martin, Rostrevor. White water river is a 5 minute walk away and the ferry across Carlingford Lough to Southern Ireland is less than 5 minutes drive away. The cottage is ideally located for golfing, walking the mountains of Mourne, or enjoying one of many local beaches. 

The spacious accommodation sleeps up to 7 guests, with 2 bedrooms, plus recess off landing which has 2 single beds and a privacy curtain...5 beds in total. Blackout curtains and blinds make for a good night's sleep for all.

There's 1 shower/bathroom and 1 shower room with walk-in shower. The lounge/kitchen/diner is one large open space leading onto the patio, which is overhung with soft lighting... perfect for al fresco dining. Private off road parking provided for 2+ cars.

WiFi throughout the cottage and Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge.
