Situated in the picturesque village of Rostrevor within 5 minutes walking to all local shops, bars and restaurants. It lies at the foot of Sl Martin on the coast of Carlingford Lough.There are many outdoor activities if you wish to explore the local area and further afield.

For the keen golfers the Nook is just a 5 minute drive from Warrenpoint Golf Club,15 minutes from Kilkeel Golf Club and 30 minute drive from the Royal County Down Golf Clubs in Newcastle. Greenore Golf Club is also close by, it's a 30 minute drive via Newry or the beautiful Ferry ride from Greencastle to Greenore runs on the hour daily.

There are numerous biking trails, evening kayaking on Carlingford Lough, walk the magical Narnia trails which brings life to The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S.Lewis,the Cloughmor Stone and of course the Fairy Glen. The Carlingford Lough Ferry from Greencastle to Greenore provides spectacular views of the Mourne and Cooley mountains, there's something for everyone.
