Merrion Mews is a four bedroom detached house with balcony situated in the seaside town of Newcastle, tucked away on a quiet pedestrian walkway just 3 minutes walk from the shops and beach and a mere 'putt' away from the golf course.  Family friendly with no passing traffic and an enclosed back garden, the perfect set up for family seaside holidays. Also ideal for activity holidays. Close to the Mourne Mountains, Tollymore Forest, the Royal County Down Golf Course and the Slieve Donard Hotel.

Bathroom downstairs and shower room upstairs. Cosy sitting room with open fireplace and Freeview TV, DVD player and music centre. Well equipped kitchen which opens onto the back garden and drying green. 

Stair gates and high chair available. BBQ and garden furniture provided. Storage in garage for bikes, golf carts etc.

In or out of season there is plenty to see and do in Newcastle. Restaurants, bars and hotels, music of all kinds, seaweed baths, horse riding, walking, golf. Welcome pack provided, plus coal etc for first fire.
Sorry no pets.

In 2015 Merrion Mews were awarded a Bronze Award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
