A6 is a stunning apartment in the Waterfoot beachfront complex in Newcastle, County Down where you can enjoy panoramic sea views from both dining table and living room. You can soak up the sunshine along with a morning coffee from your private balcony overlooking the bay or watch the moon on the water with an evening glass of wine.

Newcastle is a busy seaside town set in picturesque County Down at the foot of the magnificent Mountains of Mourne with many places of interest close by.

The apartment is very central with a wide variety of cafes, shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
The location is perfect for golf, walking, hiking, mountain biking and many other outdoor activities. The Royal County Down Golf club is just 5 minutes away. Tollymore Forest Park, one of the Game of Thrones filming locations, is 15 minutes and Murlough Nature Reserve, allocated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is also 15 minutes. The beach is less than 2 mins!

Belfast City airport and Titanic Belfast are approximately one hour away by car and Dublin airport is approximately two hours. The apartment is newly renovated and sleeps four people, having two bedrooms, one en-suite, and a separate bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining area is complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Gas fired central heating is complemented by an electric hearth.

You will have a private underground parking space and there is a lift from the car park to your apartment door.
