Access to and use of this site is provided by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (“Newry, Mourne and Down”, “us”, “we”) subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

- Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full which take effect when you first use this site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our site. Newry, Mourne and Down District Council reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as modified by the posted changes.
WE MAY SUSPEND OR WITHDRAW OUR SITE
- Whilst Newry, Mourne and Down District Council endeavours to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable or interrupted at any time or for any period.

The Accommodation save for the Campsite at Kilbroney Park, Rostrevor is owned, controlled or made available by third parties (“the Accommodation Providers”). The Accommodation Providers are responsible for the Accommodation and all booking contracts. The booking of Accommodation takes place solely on the platforms of the Accommodation Providers. The Accommodation Provider’s terms and privacy policies apply to your booking, so you must agree to, and understand those terms.
- This site is used to promote Events including third party Events. The third party Event Organisers are responsible for those Events and booking of the Events takes place solely on the platforms of the Events Organiser and their terms and conditions and privacy policies apply to your booking, so you must agree to and understand those terms.

Third parties are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted for inclusion on this site comply with national and relevant foreign law. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. This, however, shall not prevent Newry Mourne and Down District Council from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these Terms in any other jurisdiction.
