Gentle Hatha Yoga
The focus of this class is primarily to connect the breath and the body in a conscious way, moving slowly and mindfully. It will help to ease away pain and tension in the body and mind and includes some strengthening exercises. At the end of each session there is a Yoga Nidra, when the body sleeps but the mind remains awake. This is a deep relaxation technique and a great way to recharge physically, mentally and emotionally.
You will need a yoga mat and a blanket.
