Down Arts Centre
Down Arts Centre, formerly Downpatrick Town Hall, was designed by William Batt and built in 1882.
Down Arts Service provides a dynamic cultural programme of activities throughout the year, including Theatre, Music, Workshops, Exhibitions and engaging learning opportunities. We facilitate and encourage arts activities of high quality designed to enhance the lives of residents of and visitors to the district.
Newry Town Hall
Newry Town Hall hosts theatre performances, education programmes, local amateur groups, family events, Registration, weddings to awards ceremonies for the Newry area.
The existing historic and Grade 2 listed Town Hall will be renovated under the plans, with a modern multi-functional venue built upon the site of the neighbouring Sean Hollywood Arts Centre.
Warrenpoint Town Hall
Situated on Church Street, Warrenpoint Town Hall provides a venue in the town for amateur arts and community groups, including Warrenpoint Feis, Maiden of the Mournes Festival, local pantomime and the professional arts including Newry Chamber Music, and Centre Stage. Its facilities are available for hire to the public and private sector.
