There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Stops include: 

Halfway House (inward) https://bustimes.org/stops/700000007778  Halfwayhouse Annalong (outward) https://bustimes.org/stops/700000007744 Ulster Bus 37  leaves from  Newry-Kilkeel-Annalong-Newcastle Belfast-Newcastle-Annalong-Kilkeel (also Ulster Bus 237a, 20) From Dublin Airport use the Expressway X1 from Dublin Airport to Newry Bus Statio and then get the Ulster Bus 37 to Kilkeel and on to Annalong.
