Maggie's Croft Cottage a tranquil country retreat 

Nestled in a sleepy valley with unspoilt views of the Majestic Mourne Mountains Maggie's Croft cottage awaits.

Situated 2 miles from Castlewellan with its beautiful forest park and only 4 miles from Tollymore Forest Park you are spoilt for choice. Not only do we have amazing forests on our doorstep we are also just over 3 miles from Murlough, a blue flag beach and Nature Reserve and of course the Mournes themselves. Irelands largest Mountains they offer boundless adventure and spectacular photo opportunities.

Co.Down is famous all over the world for its golf with Royal County Down links course and the adjoining Mourne golf clubs are just 4 miles away, within half an hours drive we have three further courses. Adrglass, Kilkeel and Warrenpoint.

Along with the cosy stone built cottage at Maggie's Croft we have stables and a purpose built sand arena available if guest would like to bring their own horse on holiday also.

All this makes Maggie's Croft a perfect location for hill walkers, mountain bikers, water sport enthusiasts, golfers and equestrians alike. After all of the adventure Maggie's Croft offers a peaceful, cosy haven to relax. Unwind in the Hot tub and Sauna or sit and enjoy the view from the outside seating area.

This traditional cottage has been tasteful renovated and offers 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 guests. Along with 2 shower rooms there is a cosy sitting room and a well equipped country Kitchen.

Secure lockable storage is available for bikes, golf bags etc along with drying facilities in case of our glorious Irish weather. Also outside we have our dedicated doggie accommodation. Alowing your 4 legged friends to come and stay as well.
