We are a successful, family run outdoor activity centre based close to Rostrevor village, Co Down on Carlingford Lough on the East Coast of Ireland in the Mourne Mountains County Down.


Escape your busy life with a break in the wonderful Mourne Mountains or Carlingford Lough, perhaps you want a glamping experience, we can help you relax and recharge the batteries.

East Coast Adventure established in 1992.

Offering fabulous mountain lodge accommodation in a countryside location 3 miles from Rostrevor Village. We have 9 ensuite spacious bedrooms, 6 glamping pods and range of adventure-based experiences in the Mourne Mountain and Carlingford Lough. Our friendly experienced team are ready and waiting to share your experience.

This fabulous part of Ireland is our home and we love nothing more than ensuring all our visitors have the time of their lives. So, young and old, abled and less-abled, groups small or large, individuals, couples or family groups join us and let us explore and experience this wonderful location, its landscape, its people and its adventures.

We are ideally located half way between Dublin & Belfast. With views down the valley to the spectacularly beautiful Carlingford why not try our Glamping Pod accommodation. There is a total of 6 glamping pods (sleeping 4 adults in each) one larger communal pod, an outside camp kitchen, shower/toilet pod with free parking onsite. The beautiful setting of the glamping pods makes for an ideal break.

East Coast Adventure Centre is perfect as your base for a hiking, walking and mountain biking in the Mournes. East Coast Adventure Centre operates Rostrevor Mountain Bike Centre. We are the official Mountain Bike Hire & Uplift service to the Rostrevor Mountain Bike Trials, Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland’s only official Uplift Service. Offering a range of mountain bikes for hire and an uplift service to the start of the downhill trails, "Mega Mission" and "On The Pulse". Rostrevor has been the location for the world famous Red Bull Foxhunt for the past four years.
